Payment

What Payment Methods do you accept?
You can use LiqPay or credit cards (Visa / Mastercard) to pay for your order.

Once your order is confirmed, the value of the item will be deducted from your credit card. Your data is secure because we take it very seriously. We are also very serious about fraud, so all credit and debit cardholders are subject to review and authorization by your bank.

Cash on receipt (cash on delivery) is also possible.

To do this, you need to make a prepayment of 10% before you start packing the order. We only work on partial prepayment.
Is my payment secure and can I make online purchases securely?
We use LiqPay to ensure the full security of your payment. With LiqPay, your payment is made directly to our bank secure server. Your credit card information will never be transferred to us, and we will not be able to access your bank details: the transaction is between you and our bank.

To ensure a secure credit card transaction, LiqPay uses Visa and MasterCard PCI-DSS security policies in conjunction with 3DSecure for online purchases. These security policies protect your account from unauthorized use of your credit card online.

In practice, as soon as your order is verified on our website, you will be redirected to a secure LiqPay server to complete your credit card payment. You can now enter your bank details: they will be automatically encrypted to guarantee payment confidentiality and prevent fraud. Your Internet browser is in secure mode: http: // .. becomes https: // .. ("s" means "secure") and the lock symbol confirms that your connection is encrypted and secure. Authorization servers will then verify payment and fraud prevention and fraud data. SSL encryption technology ensures the security of the data you enter during bank transactions. This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties.
Why is my payment declined? What should I do if my order is declined?
Your credit card payment may be declined for the following reasons:

  • Check your card details to make sure the information is correct (e.g., expiration date, card type, billing address)
  • Make sure the security code is correct - it's three or four digits on the back of your card.
  • Your card bank may have declined your payment - in which case we recommend contacting your bank's technical support.

Delivery

How is shipping done?
The dispatch is made by the National Post of Ukraine "UkrPoshta" or convenient for you delivery service (DHL, Meest Express).
Directions
  • CIS countries. Cost from $ 15 (depends on $ course and parcel weight) up to 8 business days
  • Europe. Cost from 20 € (depends on the course € and the weight of the parcel) from 8 to 10 business days
  • America. Cost from $ 18 (depends on $ course and parcel weight) from 10 to 14 business days

Return of the goods

Is it possible to return the goods?
You can return the product within 14 days in accordance with the law, but in good condition. The product does not have to be operated, which will be rigorously inspected.

Individual order is non-refundable. Adjusting product size for a separate price is possible. To avoid such problems, carefully check your measurements.
